There's yuri right there in the title. I wouldn't be too worried.

edit: I need to say, though, that I am surprised that Usa-chan really is younger. In most manga in such situations, especially when the possibility of them being even in elementary school is brought up, the character in question is of the same age, if not even a year older, and just looks very young.

Y'all have read Yuru Yuri, right?

There are 17 volumes of it, and still no yuri developments. Not one official couple, not one romantic kiss, nothing at all. Yet it has the "Yuri" tag.

From what I've seen so far, this Yumeguri manga is the same kind of "Yuri" as Yuru Yuri. >_<
I might be wrong, but... imho, it's better if you don't expect too much.
