Aside from Kurumi not hanging up immediately when Chisato's sex life came up I don't see how this was OoC at all. Chisato is pretty regularly more accommodating of Takina's antics, and while Takina is a little slow on catching social cues she isn't dense. Takina tends to have a one track mind, to point where she just ignores anything that isn't that exact thing, why wouldn't that carry over into her sex life?
