I haven't and won't see it, but apparently Nani gives up custody of Lilo, who is placed with David's mom (new character). Nani goes to university in California, but visits often with a portal gun.
They somehow managed to colonise a movie.
I mean, it's not surprising, but still...

^^^^It kind of is at some level, I guess? but there's enough effort put into both games that it's not actually like that--it feels more like Nasu is intentionally evoking that kind of thing that's frequently done for the sake of the characters. Tamamo's history is basically entirely with men and she's only really fooled around with girls before, and this is addressed directly between the two characters. But she's attracted to Hakuno because she still acts "like a hot guy" in the sense of like. Boldness, resoluteness, occasionally even smoothness. It does kind of suit her like that.
Like they definitely wanted to keep as many lines as possible. but they did also make a whole thing of it, and it is addressed. It's really different from a game like FGO where the female protag really does just feel like a tacked-on option.
The stuff about the movie is so bad that i can't even enjoy yuri from it tbh. like that image above is real. It's so so so fucking evil.

^Gudako and Gudao aren't super different in FGO, though how some characters treat the protag has differences, they do make certain unique CGs and Arts for each protag, including ones that just show their command spells (you can tell the protag command spells apart easily), along with certain scenes in the game playing out differently depending on who you're playing, which is something I wish would happen more often but they are there here and there. One of the primary fun elements of the protag differences is the Shinjuku chapter where Gudako dresses in a suit, and Gudao wears a dress. Some of these elements and characteristics are better defined in the manga adaptions as well, as some feature Gudako as the protag, and others feature Gudao. So while the protags for Extra/Extella might get a bit more, I wouldn't say Gudako is just tacked on either as there is some really fun differences.
Anyways, regardless of your opinion on FGO I think we can both at the very least agree that Fate needs more main line anime featuring their lady protagonists.
I'm FGO only few servant really "notice" your gender. If I remember Fergus tells you he is not into man, but can give you a pass, Kiyohime say that she don't care you are a girl and Medusa tells you that's she "prefers that way" if you set your gender as female. And of course Morgan is calling you wife. But overall gender is purely aesthetic thing.
^Dino Summer from what I remember has a girls night or a boys night depending on who you're playing. The island building summer when it comes to being stuck there Scath offers runes that can help Gudako repopulate the island with servants such as Tamamo. Which in theory means Gudako with some rune help could get Tamamo pregnant. There's some other dialogue bits and scenes here and there. I do wish there was more, but at least we have the manga adaptions as I mentioned. There's also the Riyo gag series where Gudako and Gudao are both uniquely defined, there's the Youtube shorts with Gudao, along with the FGO Carnival Phantasm that focuses on Gudako as the master. So there's stuff. Personally I love both Hakuno and Gudako and that's my view. Perfectly fine if anyone has a different opinion, we can simply agree to disagree.
That aside as far as adaptions go I'd love an Extra or Extella anime where Hakuno is the protag. I'd also love an FGO adaption of the Shimosa manga where Gudako is the protag, following the art style of the manga.
