I thought this was pretty well done as a comedy series, and introducing Kujou did actually make it funnier so I would call it a success on that front, but looking through the lens of pure yuri I understand how it is a bit disappointing :P I liked it a lot, it was simple humour done extremely well, it even managed to do some character development for Yaya (she's no longer a crybaby in a hell of her own making by the end). Nothing groundbreaking but very competent.

I also don't think it would feel right to end it here with a relationship out of nowhere or whatever, maybe if it was allowed to run for longer it could feel more natural. Contrast that with that other series that's about to end where relationship is almost certain but it was fumbled so badly no one gives a shit anymore lmao

Ichigo is a dead ringer for Koharu Koguma on Page 05 of Chapter 21. And come to think of it, Yaya looks a little like Nagisa Hino.

Agreed. I do hope for something like a timeskip epilogue where they're living together or something, but this work has always felt like comedy first yuri second (not that there's anything necessarily wrong with that), so even that is unlikely...

As cute as that was, and even actually getting Ichigo to quietly acknowledge her feelings for Yaya, this is still no way to end it... It does at least give us hope for an eventual happy ending for the two of them, though.

It was an ending, I'll give it that.

Ya better give me a sequel called "Please be my Girlfriend Hinamori-san!" or something similar.

Kujou killed the series

It definitely is left up in the air whether it will be Kujou or Sui-sempai. My take would be that Kujou makes Yaya jealous and she gets more girlfriend-y. Hinamori-san needs to get over whatever useless thing is hanging her up though. She seems to like Yaya better, but Kujou has her s__t together and her head together much moreso than the other 2 girls.
