A similar scene is depicted here; I'm not sure if the comic at that link is the source, or if they're both referencing a different work. Anyway, the package in the comic is much clearer, and says 「ホット　カイロ」("hotto kairo", or "hot kairo").

Basically yes they (whether non-binary couple involving at least one nb, or femslash couple) can be called a les couple if they declared as such, and not if they reject the term.
Since it's fandom creation it really has no clear definitions.

^ I'm asking mostly for consistency's sake. I thought we're tagging stuff with Mizuki as trans now since the previous art with her had that tag. The events of and the discussion around Mizu5 also only made her being transfem more blatant than ever—so I thought it was because of that.

And again, pretty sure that Non-binary has never been tagged together with Yuri here before. The latter was there first so I thought that the uploader just forgot to add Transgender.
