It's probably nothing, but she just stands out a lot more than most of the other background characters and I wonder if she'll become an actual character at some point.

which?? I know for a fact there's some Japanese bands that do so but I own cds of a lot of english speaking bands and hell nah there's no instrumentals to be seen anywhere at all
