The answer could only be one. Sashihara Rino . She caught into a scandal in 2012, yet she becomes center in 2013. Her center song "Koi Suru Fortune Cookie" is the sousenkyo song where the fans will vote for their favourite idol .

The one in page 12 is talking about Minegishi Minami though.
