Yes, it does. The government is trying to make people stay in the country by limiting the foreign money we can buy but it isn't working because people keep traveling. Maybe in 2015 the government changes and everything will go back to normal. Lucky you you could move :p

Haha. That's where most of my mother's family is. It's pretty great, but since I grew up in California, the HK summers are a bit too humid for my liking. Glad you enjoy HK though!
