I dont think its missing, rather never got translated / couldnt find raws etc - maybe even just wierd naming issue ? But i've looked before and nowhere on the web seems to have a chapter 11.

Someone on MAL said it could be Ai or Megumi. And now I can consider Megumi as a challenge as well. As Miho said, she is the tsundere type and her "love & hate" relationship with Megumi sounds plausible to me.
