Actually it works if you take the bottom axis to be a simply unlabelled "time" axis. The "bad" needs to be moved to the left to remove ambiguity though.

Is the bottom bubble on the first panel on the 3rd page missing text or is it intentionally left blank?

Look at the page again. Hinako is biting down on her finger, which is why Sato licks it after.

Did someone upload a QC chapter by mistake for chapter 16? There's a blank text bubble on page 3 and some text missed its spot on page 4.
