As I type, it is 20:26 Pacific time.

I see 11:26PM on the post, so I'm being shown Eastern time.

Edit 2: But if you go to Manage Profile, under your profile name in the upper right in a web browser, you can choose your time zone.

Yeah, I've had Dynasty set on CET ever since I joined.

I Capcom had a small presentation a few days ago. I think we can expect small streams like that from other publishers/Devs. Maybe the big 3 will announce some 1st party games but I wouldn't hold my breath.
