^ Hey, let's not talk smack about other people's ship, ok? KumiRei is my third yuri ship and the one that spurred me into actively seeking and/or creating yuri ships.
And seriously though, why do gay ships of characters that are clearly straight in all forms of canon get a pass, while KumiRei, whose gay factor was wildly increased in the adaptation from a het material, gets all the flaks?

Maybe the artist forgot? Can't blame him/her even Watamote's author totally forgot that emoji girl had normal eyes and everyone saw her normal. It was Tomoko's imagination turned real in her eyes (Tomoko's vision) and according to the convention, Ucchi should look "normal" to us the audience as well as the other characters as they didn't share the 'emoji' twisted imagination of Tomoko...
