I'm guessing it's that only part of the body moves. It definitely looks better to me if they keep more of their body offscreen and just focus on their face.
@TctyaDDK I didnt realise it was the same artist as that one! I wonder if this is meant to be just after that 1?
P.s - on that image you linked- is that meant to be Yuuko's tail? It looks very thin, but thats what I assumed it was- but someone said on another forum that it was a vibrator cord - which hadn't occured to me but would explain why she's so wet lol.
