They didnt do it with Gran. Vira is talking about how she feels like she is using Katalinas guilt to get her happy ending and Katalina on a lighter said that ud there was Someone she wanted to do it with its Vira.

Katavira will always be my OTP from that game! That said, there are other great pairs too like Anne/Grea, Silva/Song and Yuel/Societte :D
