here's how i think this happened (crack thoughts ahoy!):
- Misaka somehow ends up befriending Junko, perhaps through gekota
- Misaka invites Junko to a gekota festival (or something)
- Junko brings along her GF Misaki.

this results in the art above where Misaki is torn between finding the nearest hole to hide in and making her girlfriend happy on their semi(?)-date as she's dragged around the festival by the two gekota fans.
As to why i think Junko's the girlfriend in this? look at that grade S adults-only handholding they're doing in public.

I've heard that. Part of why I never did actually finish it. Kind of a shame cause honestly, I felt like Volume 2 felt like a good enough stopping point.
