I think "heatstroke" would be more appropriate for this title,and what akagi says in p.5 isn't "chuushou" but "necchuushou",which means heatstroke.There might be no point in saying here...

The title is actually what Akagi says to Kaga, "Necchuushou? (Hypothermia)", which sounds like "Ne, chuu shiyo? (Hey, let's kiss)"
