I love how bashful Tomoko gets talking to her, bunching her skirt up in her fists on page 5. I just hope Asuka doesnt end up having some kind of mean side. It's tough to believe there isn't a mean girl under that motherly mask. I feel like we havent really gotten a good look at her inner thoughts yet compared to everyone else.

^ I don't think Asuka has a mean side, more likely an insecurity she tries to compensate for by mothering people. She seemed quite hurt in the college chapter by Tomoko's deflecting behavior. Tomoko's entrusting her with the truth about herself, on the other hand, erased any kind of shock she might have had. And Tomoko was freaking adorable, bunching up her skirt like that.

The interaction between Asuka and Tomoko was super adorable, but is no one going to bring attention to how bashful Mako was when Yoshida complimented the food she made for the gang. I mean, come on that was super cute, even it if was just a little panel on page 10. Nico Tanigawa really lke teasing their fans with shipping fuel.

Absolutely no girl is safe from becoming part of Tomoko's harem.

Personally, I love that canonically Tomoko always gets the upper hand on Nemo. At the beginning when Nemo and Tomoko first met, I thought it was gonna be the other way around, but now Tomoko always ends up playing Nemo like a fiddle. Great stuff.

^I was too busy being concerned with Tomoko over how rude Yuri's lack of basic manners were in that scene.

I honestly don't think you could of done something like this series 10 or 15 years ago, I think it's only possible because the audience as a whole have become more carried and open to more ideas and concepts.
