Should this image set be compiled into the reader at some point? Logistically speaking how hard would it be to just one manga be updated with a few pages every few weeks?

You can go into a gay bar and be straight leaveing is another issue. That being said if you need to go to the bathroom gay bars have supriseingly clean bathrooms.
