In Ch2, I love how Annie was being all ultra-dignified and mature and restrained, and then those 2 girls came in and all that went out the window and she acted super giddy and excited haha.

I like it so far, although Kiara needs to grow the hell up and look at what's in front of her.

Just waiting to hear what Rose doesn't like about the series, should be fun.

I think page 53 just confirmed that pantsu can cure depression and heartbreak (at least temporarily).

Mira has some weird plots... Not sure if I like this one or not o_0 i wasnt a fan of earth girls either. Well it is kind of amusing so far.

It's probably only me, but does anyone get the weird feeling from Annie's character that Mira is channeling some of Morishima Akiko's characters? Not as cute or as deftly done, but it's like I'm seeing her stuff as an influence.

Can't really explain why, it's just oddly familiar.

I'm loving this story, the art is fantastic, the characters are endearing and the plot while simple is good for the genre.

Is the place where Kiara and annie live Hawaii? since they have english names and they refer to "the big island"?.

i would love if Yuri-ism would name their files according to the title, not something like "Yuri-ism release 194"

Yes Mira's plot isn't something that would likely to happen in real life, but I like how she intwines the story with so much humor

uuuuuuuugh THIS, i still don't know why specifically i don't like this, it might be a ton of things maybe i don't like the way the dialogue flows maybe i don't like how the main lead just casually makes out with the other without any concern of their feelings or maybe i just don't like the character interactions in general............that and i HATE the way the story is flowing, i can give positives to the art but thats it

That's kinda what I want to think, but it doesn't take nearly that long to get from Japan to Hawaii. A 14 hour flight will get you all the way to New York... Hawaii only takes like 8.5, plus the islands aren't made of coral.
But, she did say something about a lot of Japanese tourists, so we can probably assume that either the author just didn't do their homework or it's an imaginary island. Based on the level of accuracy/realism in Earth Girls, I'd lean more towards imaginary.

*Edit: Chapter 4 afterword confirms it's an imaginary country.

This is a refreshing read. A story about adult women is always nice.

I know what you mean. It maybe because Mari shares the same hair style with the protag.. and I feel they act a bit similar too, like all calm but they're actually thinking of something deeper than what they show.
