Well there was a kiss scene there that Honoka and Umi interrupted so yeah I believe this is canon.

To anyone considering the manga, I strongly advise against binge reading. Take it a few chapters at a time.

I think it's impossible for me to binge read this. It can take me several starts to read a single installment.

Tomoko is lowering her expectations and simultaneously upping her game. She has zero prospects of a boyfriend - thank God, as her "master plan" initially was to fuck as many boys as it took to become popular. She is much happier and less afraid and hate-filled now. Her first year of HS ends up being the low point of her life - Kuroki Fail included. I think realistically she probably will have a girlfriend if the series goes on long enough. Of sorts.

As time goes on I can see Yoshida's POV, but it helps that she started feeling more than anger and annoyance at Tomoko.

The opposite is American raves with 5 people drinking from one can of soda. I used to speculate on SDTDs (soft-drink transmitted ...)
