You just put a download link and all the info into the Download Request page, and the mods will look at it and decide if they want it on the site.

I just realized this group is doing both Pop Team Epic and Mochi's Inn manga which are both quite..bizarre, to put it lightly. Thank you for dealing with them just so we non-Japanese speakers can read and understand it.
