I'd like more indication that manager-san likes her back though. Most of her thoughts revolve around their working relationship, rather than romantic feelings. Even if it's something inside her head, I'd like something a bit more concrete.
I think several images, like the passionate hug on page 1, confirm that the manager likes her back, but then a large portion of the other scenarios call that into question. Maybe there's some sort of chronology at work and the the ones where manager-san reciprocates come later? But then there's also model lady consistently acting like they're already a couple? It's plain unclear.
I'm of two minds about it. I kinda like that ambivalence of whether they're in an actual relationship or not (yet) from one snippet to another, but it's frustrating that so many of the manager's thoughts seem to suggest that she's only there because she takes her job very seriously.

Yeah man, that did it for me. That's not a hug between two galpals.
It's a pity that through the entirety of what's been posted, there are maybe five or six moments like that. For pretty much all the rest, manager-san's feelings are quite ambiguous. Especially in the actual comic pages.

Well, the way I see it, the manager clearly likes her back but she is constantly thinking about work due to the fact that all the scenes we see about them are in 'the workplace' or the night before having to work, and she has to restrain in order to be responsible for both of them (as 'model-chan' obviously isn't).
I hope this series actually gets a solid story, though the current version is cute too. Yuria-chan's childish acts really make me laugh and I feel like Okabe-san is warming up to her.

This is my reading of the matter as well. Yuria can be a bit childish so the manager has to act mature enough for both of them sometimes. Between that and wanting to keep their relationship private (for several reasons not least of which is because idols have to be ~pure~ or whatever), I can see why she'd be at arm's length in public. Even so my reading of the series is that Ookabe is madly filled with passion for her
I definitely get the vibe that Okabe feels the same way. She seems to be showing more restraint than uncertainty. I also get the feeling Yuria is well aware of that and is kinda toying with her with those childish ways at times lol.
I don't get why authors give a damn about free exposure unless they plan to get their work officially translated. But this series doesn't seem like one that will ever get an official translation.
You can still find her works (and this one in particular, just without the translations) on her pixiv page. Thankfully, most of it is very easy to understand with the context and expressive faces.
Yes, it's HER work. But once you release your work on the internet (pixiv) how can you expect people from other countries not to be interested and want to understand the story?
If someone had made money or misrepresented the story, it would be different.
