Probably the same reason as why many yuri manga have a tomboy/prince type character. It's dangerous to go full gay, so better just go around 70% gay. ;D

I think it's because there already are other sites featuring yaoi manga; and since Dynasty main theme is yuri, most of the few yaoi it has are the crossdressing ones because it gives off some yuri vibe. Might be wrong though.

There is a lot of them but not like all have 1 of guys cross-dressing. I guess on Dynasty most yaoi works just happens to also have cross-dressing theme in them.

I still maintain that the best yaoi I've ever read is Mainichi Seitan. Particularly the last two volumes, but the rest is really good and provides context.

Well it's yuri-focus, but it's not yuri-exclusive. I think when it used to be a scanlation group as well, they only scanlated yuri though.
