Since this is Comaku, there is a very high chance for a 3p ending. I'm predicting Umi and Kaede will still be together and Ms CEO will join in from time to time :D

On page 20, Umi gives the classic "do you want dinner, a bath, or how about me?" line, which is pretty much the most stereotypical welcome-home-honey wifely remark possible in Japanese. That line, all by itself, is more than enough to make clear that they are a couple, and one in a cozily domestic type of relationship.
That very stereotypicality makes it prime joke material, though. Conversely few pages later Kaede muses to the effect that she mainly rebuffed the Bosslady due to wanting to keep work and private life separate - all the while screwing Umi silly no less...
Either she's an impressively terrible person or the two of them are more "friends with benefits" than a couple per se.
This is a new instant favourite for me, may be cos of the whole office lady theme. I did think Kaede and Umi were roommates as well... I am getting too used to weird japanese ideas like roommates fucking nonchalantly.

I read the "keeping work life and private life separate" part to mean that she would be up for it if she wasn't in a relationship with Umi...
the yuri lewdness is going to be very good of course, coming from this artist. But I am very interested in the story now.
The protag is especially interesting here. Like the boss woman said, I wonder how the lewds are going to go once the assistant has that fire in her. And how the housemate(?) will feel once she finds out about this... I'm no sadist, but I hope there is a little heartbreak here. Then, the role reversal.
I am a big fan of Comaku's art, but I'm definitely not into threesome or poly which obviously was a theme that appeared sort of suddenly in "Is My Hobby Weird?". I mean as far as porn goes it's hot, but for me it really detracts from my enjoyment of the characters' development. I feel that this is an inevitability for this series, but if not that would make my day. Otherwise, I'm sure everyone else who isn't bothered by it will thoroughly enjoy it.
