I wasn't quite ready to see them just as normal cats, will we be ever back to the loli-mode aka the way Minako seess them? It's just not as weird when they're depicted as girls, and also it was kinda unsettling to see her being surrounded by totally shocked pedestrians.
Also, she just confirmed zero need of marriage or anything because of being nekosexual (?)

THE DESCENT!

I dearly miss seeing this series update. The last chapter was great; it's too much fun seeing Minako's antics contextualized within a normal, everyday public environment. She also mentioned having friends, and I'd hope they get introduced eventually. Plus, this level of mood whiplash is like catnip to me (pun not intended, but I regret nothing).

On a tangential note, I still haven't figured out who the heck that is on the cover image.

Is it one of the friends that was alluded to? A young Minako?

Does anyone know what the status is on this classic of modern literature? The scanlator's site for the last few chapters doesn't say much about it, and it looks like they dropped it at some point. Is it still running in Japan?

Apparently it ended in Japan, in 2013. 4 volumes.
