It started as typical childhood friends love then became kinda creepy and then turned into your average hentai. Neat idea but execution is so-so.

Science trivia:
If they were straight, this is a gene drive known as a sex chromosome drive.

Assuming the women are straight and only have female children who all inherit the female only gene drive, this results in ridding the world of men.

Normally that would cause a population crash, but clearly what is happening here is actually that the cursed "women" are actually hermaphrodites, so it's all good. The decline of men would be less quick than a straight female only gene drive (because the hermaphrodites can pick each other and thus compete less with females for reproductive pairings with the remaining males), but it'll still eventually happen.

(Or less excitingly, if they can't get pregnant, they'll be more accurately classified as male)

In any case, I think the goddess originating the curse might actually be a secretly yuri goddess, assuming she knew the consequences of the curse. After all, if you're looking for a handsome guy, you don't unleash a gene drive that will turn the world into yuritopia.

you and me both. there are three stories IIRC. what will be doubly amazing is if all the stories get translated super quick, like before month's end.

EDIT: had to go back and check. there's only three stories in the anthology.
