Assuming the women are straight and only have female children who all inherit the female only gene drive, this results in ridding the world of men.

Normally that would cause a population crash, but clearly what is happening here is actually that the cursed "women" are actually hermaphrodites, so it's all good. The decline of men would be less quick than a straight female only gene drive (because the hermaphrodites can pick each other and thus compete less with females for reproductive pairings with the remaining males), but it'll still eventually happen.

(Or less excitingly, if they can't get pregnant, they'll be more accurately classified as male)

In any case, I think the goddess originating the curse might actually be a secretly yuri goddess, assuming she knew the consequences of the curse. After all, if you're looking for a handsome guy, you don't unleash a gene drive that will turn the world into yuritopia.

I really want to like this, but the author running that extra mile to show the "curse" as negative as posible (even the last scene with them as a couple fades into darkness in the last panel) seriously annoys me. Is the rest of the antology like this, or is there a happier manga?

This looks illogical but is it really possible for a girl who is going "noooo nooo, this is wrong! I have nothing to do with your curse!" To a "yes I love you because you are the same girl from my childhood except bigger and more beautiful so I shall have your babies to carry on the curse together" in a 360 degree turn style in less than a panel? I find it off-putting for some reason. It feels like a typical hentai set up -_-
