Altho I dont think the age gap tag is right for this, they mentioned that Senri-sama is just 2 years older
But aw, you see all the elements Hachi had put in their previous work
Arranged marriage, a kind, dependable older partner, the presence of social classes, Senri distributing medecine (like The Forest in Which the Goddess Lives), a servant.. etc

Itou Hachi stuff is really good and their work has improved yet again. Regardless, I sense Love Triangle waiting in the wings between lady and servant.

I don't think so, she is just really naive... STILL I feel bad for the servant, what if she falls in love with any of them? or what if Senri falls in love with the servant?

This is basically a combination of a bunch of Itou Hachi's previous works, like Faust stated, but it's still an Itou Hachi work. And Itou Hachi doesn't do love triangles, so I'm not expecting one. I am, however, expecting to see more plump birds and more fluff.
