If you redeem a key on Steam does it come up with the "[name] now owns [game]" on the Friends' Activity part?

Because my goal of filling up my friends' activity pages with "those damn weeb games" can't be fulfilled otherwise.

Ehhh I'll preorder it off mg and then probably buy it on Steam anyway, it's only like £4 and more sales = maybe more interest in future releases like this~

I have certain issues with buying things in foreign currency, that I only manage to surpass, at least for now, thanks to Paypal. And in Mangagamer can't pay with that.

Hopefully it will keep selling. It's on the steam store front's featured games (and popular new releases). barely any coverage/noise around it tho (as expected).
