Depends of the country and where they went. Sushi can be quite cheap, especially in sushi bar, but yeah, that's still an impressive amount of plate there. O_O

Me and my friend went to a sushi bar in Munich last summer. 30 minutes, all you can eat, price was something like 8 euro each. Our table ended up looking almost exactly like this one.
