Yes, breaking the laws of themodynamics has been legal in Japan since at least the Meiji Constitution in 1889. The fact that no Japanese citizen before Junna has made use of this loophole is incidental to this discussion.

Hmm...It can technically be both, both fashion and to hide some/few permanent battle scars from the past year (Showing them off would make their classmate concern and ask questions on what happen which would be a pain in the butt).
