Since I’m fan girling so much about No-rae and Seol-a. I had to draw them. The last chapter was hella nice, I almost wet myself. So here’s a spring like drawing of one my favorite ships. <3

How come seol-a has the key to be the one who entered norae's home first and sat there.
I gave her the key, end of discussion. But it's really not that hard to imagine that she followed No-rae inside and No-rae didn't even notice because she was so tired.
Seriously, it is not No-Rae's home :
http://imgur.com/a/oCvAz
http://imgur.com/a/2mX4YYep you're correct. If you notice, No-rae is wearing different outfits in the panel. The brown coat is when Seol-a dropped her off at home. The denim jacket is when she's super tired at school.
Ohhh!!! Well that makes more sense! Didn't even realize there were two different scenes... goes to reread =P
Random but I'm glad we saw Hye-gyeong again this chapter, I was kind of wondering where she'd been! I like the scenes that she and No-rae are in. They seem more light or something, for some reason :]

I also missed Hye-gyeong's presence and her interactions with No-rae.
In all of Act 2 (chapters 20 to 35), she only showed up twice, once in chapter 35 and once in non-colored semi-chibi form in chapter 31 (when Seol-a called her to ask where No-rae went). She did technically show up in chapter 28 also but it was a flashback.
But I guess that's what happens given that this Act focused even more on No-rae and Seol-a.

Imgur protip
This is a bookmarklet to effectively make the Imgur viewing experience nearly the same as the viewing experience on Comico.
What it does:
It makes the images full size (because Imgur slightly shrinks them on the page),
and it gets rid of the spacing between images (so no more black bars between images).Instructions:
Create a new bookmark on your browser's bookmark toolbar (you can bookmark any random page), and put this as the URL of the bookmark:
javascript:(function(){$('.blog .image').css('margin','0 auto');var addedWidth=200;$('.two-column .panel.left, .two-column .left .panel').css('width',610+addedWidth+'px');$('#content.two-column').css('width',1000+addedWidth+'px');})();
Now, you essentially have a "button" on the bookmark toolbar.
Go to a chapter in Imgur, then click on this "button", and it will make the changes to the current page.
wow thanks for this anon! very nice to have it optimized indeed :)
tango mucho also kyra this kind of overlay translation diminishes the alienation and gap xD
On the topic of replicating the comico reading experience, I tried overlaying the the FF scanlations (similar to Cheese in the Trap if anyone knows it) on Japanese Comico site. I've only done the first chapter thus far.
To make the English translations visible, you can either create a bookmark (bookmark a random page) and then change the url of said page to the following
javascript:(function() { var oss_js = document.createElement('script'); oss_js.type = 'text/javascript'; oss_js.src = 'http://static.oddsquad.org/js/naver.reader.oss.js'; document.body.appendChild(oss_js);})();

you'll be surprised a what you may or may not do when you're spacing out. :)
^seconded. I speak from personal experience. Where in my case, I bumped into my crush while I was daydreaming, trying to ogle her out (I was on the lookout for her after class. I was sleep-deprived that time too. I fudging didn't notice that the one I was looking for was on 9.81 m/s away from me.)

Nice proof you got there.
However, to be honest, something still seems kinda off to me about the way ssamba put the scenes together. Stil love it anyway.
allow me a stupid question... Min-Jeong is Seol-a's friend, right? If that's the case... I'm just... why would Seol-a suddenly be so frustrated about having friends among girls? Or is it that she's lonely in the uni?
Knowing where this story his headed, chances are she's in love with No-rae but has no idea that she is because maybe she has never had a serious relationship before or been in love with anyone. I mean, she was already checking No-rae out and calling her cute in her head and wondering why she never remembered No-rae... well someone as cute as her. So, yeah... she's got the hots but doesn't fully realize and understand it. It will either be No-rae or Ji-hwan who lets her know. (Best guess.)

Allow me to give a stupid answer. :3
As you mentioned, Min-jeong doesn't go to the same university, so Seol-a only sees her occasionally. And it seems that when they meet, at least sometimes, it's to hang out with guys -- probably guys that they barely know or even just met -- to drink, flirt, so on, like in chapter 20.
As an aside, Min-jeong is probably the kind of girl that everybody thinks Seol-a is: a party girl who is really flirty with guys. Seol-a on the other hand seems to "go along with it" just out of... boredom or something, as thought she's thinking, "Eh, why not?" In chapter 23, she says, "It's true that I've met a lot of guys. I didn't turn away anyone who seemed decent, and I didn't chase after those who left me." Doesn't sound she was really into it.
But yeah, basically, Seol-a seems to hang out with Min-jeong only once in a while for that kind of stuff. And it's not at all the close relationship that many college or high school girls tend to develop. You know, like No-rae and Hye-gyeong. Or No-rae and Hee-jin before university.
I don't think that Seol-a is "frustrated about having friends among girls" per se. I don't think she was really really longing for this kind of relationship; it's just that she didn't even know what it's like to have this kind of close friend, as she has never made that kind of close friend in university and heck, probably not even in high school.
Think about it. Her "legendary" status really made it difficult for any girl to approach as well as for her to approach any girl. For example, take Hye-gyeong. We know she's a nice person, and she isn't the type to be mean to people. But even she took part in the gossip about Seol-a, because she is just that (in)famous. If you hear so much and talk so much about a person, she becomes almost like a "celebrity" and you won't even think about going up and talking to her.
No-rae is the first to really get close to her, partly due to circumstances but also because of No-rae's personality, which attracted Seol-a, such that she in turn also made an extra effort to get close to her. No-rae gave her a taste of what it was like to have a really close girl friend in school/university. (Not only that, but No-rae also acted as a bridge for Seol-a to be able to be friends with other people such as Hye-gyeong; without No-rae, it is very unlikely they would have ever interacted.)
So naturally, she really liked No-rae and wanted to be around her, because it gave her a sense of friendship that she was never able to experience before. And as we already know, with time, those feelings grew to... whatever they are now.

I really like this wrap up you did, whether intended or not. It gives a really good perspective how Seol-a is still in the beginning stages of understanding her own feelings for No-rae. Because she's never had a close female friend, the lines of friendship and love are blurry at the moment. I hope we get to see more development in their feelings for each other.

There's a high school friend that Seol-A got quite close to, Jang Yu-Ji. But she is also the main cause for Seol-A to not trust other girls, AND at the same time WANT to solve any lingering misunderstandings. In Chapter 12, we could sense something bad happened to her (Yu-Ji) as there was an accident (ok, we are not sure if it's Yu-Ji or Seol-A that got into the accident but that's not the point) causing Seol-A to not give up on No-Rae just yet. I've got a inkling Seol-A misinterpreted Yu-Ji somehow, and when she finally contronted Yu-Ji it was already too late. And because of that, she was adamant No-Rae had something on her mind that made her acted like a b*tch.
It is obvious Seol-A has romantic feelings toward No-Rae as she has been peeping at No-Rae (i.e. soft skin and lips). Ahhh (high pitched scream)!!! But, Chp 35 tells us No-Rae is happy to just let things simmer down to a Friendship Zone or perhaps in a BFF stage. Well, I personally think ACT 3 (and hope) will revolve around Seol-A discovering her wanting more than BFF with No-Rae, especially when No-Rae's ex returns from the army and wants her back! Of course there'll also be more skin-ship than just silly No-Rae fell on Seol-A's lap.

Jang Yu-ji was just one of many "friends" that Seol-a had in high school who all turned out to just be using her for whatever ulterior motive (getting popular, getting close to Ji-hwan, etc.). Whether Yu-ji was especially closer to Seol-a or not is an unknown right now.
However, as far as we've seen, Seol-a didn't "misinterpret" Yu-ji, as Yu-ji showed her true colors pretty clearly in the flashback in chapter 12:
"Use? What's so bad about that? If you say it like that, then Baek Seol-a is using us too. When she first came here, she had no friends, after all. Baek Seol-a's happy because she can hang out with us, and we're happy because we get to have a g.r.e.a.t. friend like her. That's what you call 'symbiosis.' That's what 'friends' are for."
"Oooh, Jang Yu-ji. That's quite a straightforward comment you're throwing."
"What's the point of beating around the bush when everyone knows the truth anyway?"

I don't think Yu-ji is just one of her many friends (i.e. acquaintances) because Min-Jeong did say something about if your foot is being cut by a trusted axe it hurts more, and also Seol-A's thoughts in Chp 12 "Both types were pathetic, but the latter even moreso... Because the pain I felt for them was greater". We see after that, Seol-A falls asleep and the first thing she dreamt about was Yu-Ji. Again, if you don't care about that person, you wouldn't
1) Question why she would do this to you (thus Yu-Ji's comments got to her and hurt her quite badly), and
2) Take revenge and hurt her back (i.e. use Ji-Hwan & flirt in front of her). The flashback has an accident hinted us that someone (mostlikely Yu-Ji) shouted "MOVE" to save Seol-A (I presume it is Seol-A's back. Maybe I'm wrong).
But the whole scenario of this flashback tells us that Seol-A gets hurt by people whom she considers close and she tends to take revenge if she thinks she has been used. So in this case, she felt used (betrayed) by No-Rae and used the same ignorance & flirting technique to hurt No-Rae.
I wrote about the flashback accident because that may be a crucial point as to why Seol-A would NOT give up on No-Rae that easily - especially after being spat at with "mine your own business. .. I don't want to have anything to do with you anymore" right on the face... I mean, if you hear your special friend saying something directly to you or even if to someone else (but you heard it indirectly), you would have just walked away & not be friends anymore. But Seol-A didn't. She kept pursuing to question why No-Rae would say something like that in the first place. I think the flashback accident has something to do with this and she regretted not asking Yu-Ji directly. In chp 33, Seol-A contronted No-Rae and said, "But a problem like this will only grow more and more convoluted as time passes by.... I know because I've experienced it before". This showed Seol-A has matured from a similar incident in the past (I am assuming this experience is based on her past with Yu-Ji).

What I got from that chapter is different than yours. Yu-Ji most likely 'befriended' Seol-a because she has a crush on Ji-Hwan and is using Seol-a to (somehow) get closer to him, hence Seol-a's line about it hurts worse when girls try to befriend her while having an ulterior motive on the side.
Seol-a probably believed that Yu-Ji was truly her friend (remember she is starved for female friends) up until she overheard the girls in the classroom. And it looked she was shocked really hard for her to be wandering around afterwards obliviously to her surroundings and apparently into the path of a motorcycle. The 'MOVE' was probably from the motorcyclist himself yelling to catch her attention. I'm assuming there was so big accidents (no visible scars so far on Seol-a that we've seen). Some time after that, she called Ji-Hwan and did the whole let's-go-get-ice-cream thing in front of Yu-Ji to get back at her. You see Yu-Ji's hands shaking from anger/jealously.
As for the whole "get your nose out of my business..." business, I somehow get the feeling that Seol-a was the one who said to Yu-Ji. Don't remember the chapter, but the flashback showed Yu-Ji with widen/surprised eyes while Seol-a has a flat/emotionless one. It's probably that she regretted(?) things turning out the way it did with Yu-Ji so that's way she refused to give up on No-rae.

Yes I believe Yu-Ji's intention was for Ji-hwan when she became Seol-A's friend. However, It also reinforces my point where Yu-Ji wasn't just an acquaintance. how so? because Seol-A got so hurt that she wants to take revenge.
That get-your-nose-out-of-my-business is No-Rae's comments on Seol-A. As for Seol-A's regrets on making Yu-Ji jealous with Ji-Hwan's buy-you-ice-cream scene, seriously, I don't think Seol-A is that kind of person. She's the kind that "moves on" with life. If she's the mastermind to Yu-Ji's jealousy, I don't think she'll become regretful the next day unless there's some life changing event (e.g. accident) involving that party. Seol-A won't say "... grow more and more convoluted as time passes by.... I know because I've experienced it before." tells us Seol-A may found out that she somewhat misunderstood Yu-Ji (or someone else that she thought was using her).

@ kith
What you said was exactly my interpretation.
What I had previously typed out (elsewhere):
Chapter 14
In a flashback, Seol-a got back at her by asking Ji-hwan to come to their school and Seol-a pretended that they were really close and probably romantically involved. Yu-ji seemed unhappy to see that (though not clearly shown).
So one of Yu-ji's hidden motives was likely to try to get close to Ji-hwan via Seol-a. Which is what Seol-a thought No-rae was also trying to do.
Chapter 31
It's just two panels of flashback. It seems to be Yu-ji staring at Seol-a and looking kind of taken aback, and Seol-a staring back sternly. And they are surrounded by other people who look a bit nervous as though something awkward just happened. So likely, Yu-ji and Seol-a probably just had a confrontation, and Seol-a said something mean and direct to her.
Seol-a got this flashback right after No-rae said to her, "I don't want to have anything to do with you anymore." So my guess is Seol-a said something similar to Yu-ji.
Also, for the motorcycle "MOVE!" bit, I also believe that happened to Seol-a, not Yu-ji, likely soon after Seol-a found out all her "friends" were fake.
I'll also add this.
I suppose it's possible that Yu-ji was a closer "friend" among all the "friends". I don't discount that possibility but it's really hard to see whether or not that was really the case with the limited information about her so far.
But it doesn't change the fact that she and all the others were in fact using Seol-a, which was no misunderstanding. Also, it is possible Seol-a might especially remember her among them all because although many were doing it, those hurtful words revealing her intentions came from Yu-ji's mouth.

No-Rae's mind was occupied by the thoughts of Seol-A that she accidentally sat on Seol-A's lap xD and that back hug!!! Now, since No-Rae already got her feelings sorted, at least for now, will the story start to focus on Seol-A next? I wonder...
Like this piece of fan art... Can easily be mistaken as Ssamba's
It IS Ssamba's!
LMFAO just testing you all ^_*

allow me a stupid question... Min-Jeong is Seol-a's friend, right? If that's the case... I'm just... why would Seol-a suddenly be so frustrated about having friends among girls? Or is it that she's lonely in the uni?
Allow me to give a stupid answer. :3

Have I said, I love you, anon? No? Then I do it, now! :3

every time I reread that part... I imagine myself as Seol-a grabbing that cute and tiny fluffy kitten called No-rae... this hug is so... SO... hnnnnngggg.... I just can't... but I think I've already said that earlier...
gugu09:
Hey, does anyone feel suspicious about the guy who invited soela thru a message to a meal back at chap 20?...
hey, you know I've mentioned him before here
Remember that guy Seol-a "ditched"/ rejected / ignored (maybe, in a way) in order to spend her Sunday with No-rae at Hee-jin's exhibition job thingy? What if that guy turns out to be the bastard who broke No-rae's heart? (I'm afraid there was never enough closure for that nameless guy, or maybe he's just the poor extra character, haha. Nevermind, let's hope the bastard will get a good beating from Seol-a)
Let's just hope we get an intermission of more Sol-rae skin-ship first. Maybe some more jealousy from Seol-a as No-rae and Ji-whan meet again. Haha
Another arc to tackle could be Jang Yu-ji, Seol-as high school "friend" as everyone's been discussing above.
@ gugu09
I highly that dude is No-rae's ex. Hee-Jin mentioned that he's still in the military. And from what I know of Korean military, they still have to wear their uniform even during time-off. (Halmoni can clarify this further if I've gotten it wrong).
@gugu09
I wouldnt say so. I think the reason Samba drew him in great details were to show that he was a highly attractive man. And the usual Seola would have gone out with him already (since she never chased away anyone decent). But when Norae came along, Seola just never saw any reason to go out with them at the cost of her chance to hang out with Norae. And we could see she put a lot of efforts to look pretty on that Sunday she went to the exhibition with Norae. She could have gone out with that attractive guy the same Sunday who would say she's the most beautiful woman he's seen. But instead she got jealous at Norae's compliments on other girls' beauty. Poor our earnest Seola.

The first Fluttering Feelings fan* art to be uploaded on DS. :3

I assume this is your work, OrangePekoe?
Thanks!
I hope it helps to further spread the work of these artists as well as the FF manhwa to even more people.
I'll just copy paste this minor suggestion that I posted in that image's comments:
I suggest changing the author's name from "yahaeee" to "_yahaeee" if the underscore is not problematic.
This is because his/her Twitter account is at: https://twitter.com/_yahaeee/
https://twitter.com/yahaeee/ is a totally separate account.
