@Meru
Do not try to jusitfy why it's "right". If you want to discuss more, feel free to drop by my tumblr.
Oops, I forgot about this... Sorry I don't know how to use tumblr (-_-).
@halmoni
1. I am suggesting you to go get commission from Lezhin. (I KNOW you are doing it for free now, but you can't see the biggest winner is Lezhin? And the biggest loser = you/ translating team?)
2. The authors said they will go with the publisher's terms. Do you know what this means? They practically have no say in it. Tsk, I rest my case.
3. I know you won't be sharing your translation. It's already understood from day 1. It's a sarcasm for IP when one uses plagiarism. Sigh... pls just ignore it.
Guys I rest my case. As a manga reader, I just want to RE-ITERATE that I am neither for nor against those who pay/ do not pay. I just don't like you (fans) policing other translators = fans (Chinese to English, Spanish, etc) as if you guys are the publishers of the Eng version/ want to monopolize it. You don't own them and you don't work for Lezhin so IF other fans use halmoni's, then, yes go pick on/ sue them. Else, please MYOB (Mind your own business).

@bluebearies
you have your point, and the others have theirs. there is no point in continuing this further since you are clearly trying to pick a fight. it is obvious you are simply refusing to accept and listen to other people's replies. its like talking to walls around here. so please, stop. because it is embarrassing to see you try so hard to argue your way through.
(to others on this thread: i'm sorry i sound harsh, i don't normally talk like that, but yeah, "blueberries" is my biggest pet peeve, so, apologies.)
Lol.. ok sorry, I've been a smug (I mean it). And yes, I purposely write your name wrongly. Why? Just checking if you those who only care about politically correct statements and nothing else. In other words, you seemed to only believe in "articulated" statement and care nothing about the fans? I said from the start I am not against either party (pay vs not paying). I just don't like it when one party policing other party because they want to monopolize. This I do not agree. If you don't understand what I am trying to say, then... sorry... I am not 'articulate' enough for you.
@Meru @halmoni
However, how that they're directly stealing Halmoni's translations and claiming them as their own, this is where we must interfere.
But what part of the statement "These translations are mine," is false? I'm not the author, but what I translate is my own intellectual property.
I agree since halmoni has said not to post elsewhere. Now why the idiots would do such a thing to jeopardize the relationship with Lezhin? oh yeaa, those stupid "fans" obviously (They have always done that from day 1 manga was created). If I were them, I would have asked your permission, then re-write your translation so it's not a direct plagiarism. Intellectual property, you say... hmm... You know, once an author sells their rights to a publisher, they have no jurisdiction (or very little) in terms of what they can say about their distribution rights, agree? In plain (rude) English, halmoni, you are feeling what the most publishers are feeling - getting ripped and whored!!! And no, I didn't mean authors. Most authors are ok with it because it's "free publicity" but almost ALL publishers get so pissed because their profit is assumed diminished. This is when money comes first before a good series. In short, what is your status here for WDTFS? Are you a "fan" or a "publisher"? If you want to act as a publisher, I respect that. In fact, I suggest you to go and ask Lezhin for a CONTINUOUS FAT COMMISSION for bringing new English readers and policing the other (poorly) fan-translated versions. If you feel you are doing it for the author, well, then, donate a portion of your income to them directly, instead of benefiting Lezhin 100% (Yes, I am a business grad and everything is about COSTS and BENEFITS).
This is a little off topic but one day, I was walking pass two little kids fighting (4-5yrs old++?) over a toy. Their mom said, "Sharing is caring". I scoff at that poetic phrase as people only share when benefit(s) are returned or when there's a consequence for disobeying. Even a little kid knows that. (Darn this is really off topic)... I guess you are a fan who (unconsciously) became a publisher to benefit Lezhin (well eventually it will trickle to the authors and fans). If I am wrong, I am sorry... Please fill in the blanks. I AM A ______ FOR LEZHIN. And as for those who ripped your translations, please stop. You are like a kid who doesn't understand the word, "No". Just sulk and cry all you want. Go find other ways to get them translated or go get a part time job and pay for the coins at Lezhin. Grow up already. PORN IS BAD FOR YOU. Look what this series is doing to you, crazy bitches!

@ Torija
I don't know about other mangas Jin-san,but WDTFS manwha is pay to read one, other mangas are free to read
Please don't say you live in a naïve world where other manga artists work for free... Don't you see the price tags on each manga comic book that you've ripped? The Japanese ones are always located at the back. It has a yen symbol if you haven't yet noticed.
@ trafi
And being on this list seems really insulting to their story and flutering feelings x)
So I presume you have asked permission to post their comics here on Dynasty
Their Story = why do you think yaoi-blcd kept asking you to not take their translated mangas without crediting the author? Do you truly believe the author is not getting paid somewhat for her/his manga?
FF - so it's free for all even though it gets locked after 3 days? Is there a reason why they are locked in the first place? What's the publisher's intention? Have you asked their permission then?
@ Nezchan
As for Dynasty, part of the concept of this site is to respect the wishes of the original author and those of the scanlators who volunteer a lot of hard work to bring us English versions. Supporting the authors and the overlay group in this situation is a no-brainer in light of that.
The whole blow up is because someone duped you guys in so you have no choice but to either condone, or do not touch the series altogether. I understand and respect that as I have a few authors that I'll buy their books/ figurines because I want to "own" them. Overtooning is fine. I have no qualms in that. But when you start becoming a police force for a specific publisher/ author and go against others who do not believe in your ideals, then I find that hypocritical. Your whole website is based on scanlations of manga not belonging to you. (In other words, ripping off authors' works and distribute them for free on your site). Even if a manga is for free, technically you still have no rights, until you've asked his/ her permission. Why authors didn't pursue when their manga is being ripped to English? Because they understand the marketing concept, "free publicity".
I dislike it a lot when people talk bad about this scanlation group in /u/ as I do believe this group puts a lot of effort in every manga they do. But when I see a retaliation like this... well, I have no other words to say....
@blueberries
very well said;
brilliantly articulated
Indeed, but it says "PART OF IT" is to respect the authors and scanlators, so, who's owns the other "part"? Was it not created by fans for fans? So 'brilliantly articulated' but missed the other important part? i.e. your fans? Please enlighten me, Ms blueberries...

ANNOUCEMENT FROM TRANSLATING STAFF
If you haven't already, I'd suggest everyone who has an interest in WDTFS to read Halmoni's post about translation theft and illegal posting of raws.
Basically, what we're saying is, please do not steal, repost, upload, or distribute any of the chapter raws regardless of language and do not use Halmoni's translations without permission.
Whoever is in the act of doing these will face consequences, whether it be legal charges or the suspension of the accounts being used to post these unrightful acts of theft. It is not your work to claim.
If these acts continue to procceed and become out of hand, then the translating staff will stop translating WDTFS and drop it. Halmoni and the rest of the translating staff are a fan-based group who have been kind enough to put their personal time into sharing this comic with international users. We are not rich nor do we have time to deal with unnecessary disrespect from anons. Most of us are students trying to get through school and college for godsake. If we can cut back on a few cups of starbucks coffee and pay for the chapters, I'm sure you can too. Stop trying to justify why you can't pay for the comic and thus have to result in cheap tricks to read them. We have provided you several ways to read it legally, with detailed instructions and tutorials in order to assist you in your reading experience, and we're open to answering questions for those who have trouble accessing the site. It's literally 50 cents per chapter, it's not expensive.
It is not a right for you readers to have WDTFS translated for you. It's a privilege and as the people who are providing you with these translations, we have the right to take it away if we feel that we are being mistreated and taken advantage of.
So please, respect what we have asked for and legally read WDTFS. 21 coins for around 3 dollars will unlock 7 chapters for you and 61 for coins for about 9 dollars will unlock at least 20 chapters. We do not get any kind of profit from doing this whatsoever. Your money will rightfully go to the author and the site that's providing you the comic.
It's a great comic and the group gives quality work. Let's not ruin this for the people who honestly want to enjoy this comic and have already paid for chapters. It's not fair to them.
Thank you for reading and I hope you all understand.
Sigh... I am not really sure why this series has become SO HOSTILE so I wish people would just calm down and recall the reason why Dynasty Scan was first created... It's from fans for fans... We "scan" from manga books (i.e. someone has to pay for the book in Japan), then someone else does the cleanup, translating, typesetting, do all the hard work then post them for free on the web. Aren't we all ripping off the author all these while?
What I read from this forum sadly look like the breaking of a family of fans. I understand what the translating group are doing as they still want to read the series without getting sued, but to the extend where they hold it as "it's mine and I am not sharing". I feel as if the translator team has become authors. If I have offended anyone, then I apologize. I am merely an otaku who loves reading manga and am happy in this international otaku club. Please don't hate me (^_^) I don't particularly go for WDTFS (I am sure life will still go on with or without it) however while sitting on the fence, I ponder, "What have we all become?" We are like kids who are not willing to share...
I believe people who wants this manga hard enough will 'continue' to rip off the authors just like we did for Citrus, Fluttering Feelings, Their Story, Bleach, Naruto, etc etc (I think these are the current popular mangas). And yes, people will continue to rip other people's translations. E.g. Mangafox taking translation work from FF. Then, there are also people who falls in love with the manga so much that they would spend money on toys, accessories, and even purchase the hard copies when they have been officially translated to English (e.g. Citrus). At the end of the day, the world wouldn't know manga if fans didn't do it for fans. The world wouldn't spend money on Japanese robots/ anime if someone didn't take the effort to share. And now Korean manga is making a storm so why is it getting extra treatment compared to the Japanese manga?
Hypothetically, will you get sued if "someone else" took your work and shared? Or is it because no one asked for your permission before ripping your translation? Or because you just don't want to share?
PS: Just in case you are planning to throw darts at me, no, I am not the one ripping your manga translations.

What Does The Fox Say IN ENGLISH http://bit.ly/1FxH90m !!!!!!11
I tried so hard to resist. I did.A painful death awaits you, sir!
ROFLOL.... (good one, fellas)
This manhwa has sooo much commotion when it only talks about a straight office lady falling for her (gay) manager.
(well, if you want the sexy bits, there's definitely heaps here). Betcha the author Gaji is a guy.
So she looks younger than her 34 years and she's a smoker?
Sorry, biology does not work like that. Smoking prematurely ages the skin. She'd be lucky if she only looks 34 instead of older. Oh, and excessive alcohol consumption also accelerates the aging of skin, so she should really look like an old shoe by now.
Kitsune Spirit
Depends on the person and how long they smoked. I'm older than she is, I drank quite a lot in my 20s, and smoked some as well and people still think I'm in my 20s.
...
As an aside, I wonder how much legal recourse lezhin has in sueing people outside of their country. Seems like it would cost them more than they would get out of the lawsuit.
post a pic here please. Let us all be the judge. lol...
PS: original pic and not a photoshopped one.

I've heard about this manga even before it was translated to english. There's so much drama. Tsk tsk, talk about DRAMA QUEENS. Just grow up already. Be content that someone is translating it and pay the damn 50 cents per chapter if you crave for NSFW yuri & sex so much. Else, just shut it and read something else. Eventually it'll become available after xx years.
@ louieshey
I think the first time I feel it when I’m first year college! I sat behind a girl(“tall” and I’m so small), (I don’t remember why I need to call her) I don’t know her name so I called her “sis”(sister) (Whenever I don’t know a person name I just called her “sis” for a girl or “dudes” for the boys! Actually I’m not good in remembering a person name so my friends called me idiot, it’s embarrassing you know!). But when she looks at me back, she said “Sis?” then she smiles at me, (OMG! She is fucking cute!). Oh fuck! It’s hard to breathe (I just recalling it but my hearts beat so fast!).
I know it! Then I suffered my last 4 years for the fucking feeling! So I came-up a solution, the solution I came-up to is to deny it!(simply deny it! But it fucking killing me!)
Hi, thanks for sharing your little confession. I guess we all have our yuri moments. Some have desirable endings, some still discovering while others made their own decisions not to pursue it due to all sorts of reasons. I just hope time will heal you. Take care, sis....(ps: Unlike you, I address a person as "pretty girl" if I cannot remember her name... yea, it's kinda vain...)
haaaa... it's really cute. my heart raced a little...
Nya-Chan
I guess it's a bit of both. No-Rae leans forward, Seol-A's hand slightly push the jacket and it naturally falls off.
I am sure when No-Rae leans forward and puts her hands around her shoulder, the weight of the jacket will cause it to slip off. Don't really need Seol-A's hands to push the jacket. But the point isn't this. See below
The message from Ssamba here, I guess, is that No-Rae finally shrugs off a weight she had on her shoulders/mind.
Or maybe I just read too much into it.
True. It's a symbol of letting your burden go. To certain extend, No-Rae is moving forward. Like someone said, near death experience makes you do things you don't dare to do. Remember she questioned herself in chp 37 what type of guy would suit Seol-A and what is she going to do if her feelings continue to grow? It's like saying to herself she have to keep it to herself (and sulk/ be heartbroken) if Seol-A did fall for a guy. A resolute that she will never tell Seol-A her feelings/ show anything. But the near death experience made her make the first move. I think Seol-A would felt something (like a jolt of something beyond friendship) but she would be too dense to figure out that she likes No-Rae. Imagine she could go after No-Rae back to her hometown and not think twice why she would do that in the first place.
I presume Seol-A began to feel wanting to take care of No-Rae more and (ssamba pluueeese give us more) perhaps demand more skinship from No-Rae. Maybe she enjoys being hugged passionately by No-Rae. LOL.... IDK. Irrespective, Act 3 sure is entertaining....
http://halmoniswag.tumblr.com/post/121149070212/if-no-rae-is-a-bit-injured-somehow-do-you-think
wat^i died. lol
I "WAT" your WAT too!
(I can't believe someone can go that far on a poor injured soul)
Ahhh my prediction came true... No-Rae got hurt. (Maybe it's a Korean drama cliché. Accidents have to happen before something good happens). Irrespective, our hearts were angst! The last 4 frames tell us No-Rae is accepting her feelings and perhaps using the current situation to convey what she was feeling to Seol-A. The last frame clearly showed Seol-A accepting it. You can see her hand returning No-Rae's feelings.
I guess the next few chapters will be about Seol-A taking care of No-Rae (Seol-A will have more skinship with No-rae and internal conflicts herself). Perhaps second guessing No-Rae;s intention at the hospital. Obviously, when questioned, No-Rae would hide her feelings or perhaps even denies it. Doing this will frustrates Seol-A even more.
I'll make this quick. Please excuse my disgustingly personal and subjective contribution.
My first love was (is?) a girl I met three years ago. In my case I'm both Fleur and the bride of this story: Fleur for obvious reasons and the bride because, alike her, I am completely restricted from even mentioning the prospect of loving a woman. Even so, I did with this one girl, and after 2 years she managed to pick up on it—struggle included—and I decided it'd be better to just let her know directly. Her reply was that she had felt the same for a long while and asked what I'd wanna do about it. I'm not allowed to (and I don't wanna discuss why I refuse to rise an opposition) so I just dodged the question and kept it as that. We spoke of it again and it was all pretty good; I was beyond this world with that confession. Now, the reason I'd be like Fleur is because exactly two days after all that she got herself a boyfriend, completely ignoring what we'd said. It was like getting slapped with a spiked glove placed on and honestly...I was really angry, because I was the first she looked for to give the news, and she was so, so happy. I felt horrible.
In a sense I think what Elle did was much better to swallow than what this girl did.
Had she told me AFTER getting her boyfriend I'm pretty sure I would have settled with the fact that "it's all good and done," and there was nothing to do there for myself. But she told me before, without a single hint of what was to come only two days later. To this day she insists I hold such a place in her thoughts as her boyfriend does, but all it does is make me wonder whyyyy she had to claim it was mutual in the first place, and why I refuse to let her go. I guess it's kinda like seeing Elle drag Fleur along to her wedding stuff fully aware of how she feels about her; this girl does the same, only she adds that extra topping of "I love you" every now and then.Elle probably shouldn't have kissed Fleur, but it's kind of a relief for her as well. The groom got the worst end of the stick, duh, but as for the girls, I think it was an okay way to patch things up. Elle got it out of her chest and goes on her married life, and Fleur is left with the gratification that Elle was aware, that it was returned, and learns the reason why nothing did or could have ever come out of them as a couple. Elle married and if her reason wasn't enough to hold Fleur down from trying then what more than a wedding? That's the epitome of NOPE. The only option left is to move on for both parties.
P.S. This wasn't short at all.
Sorry to hear this. I agree w you, what Elle did to Fleur is to be honest w her best friend & to let her know reality doesn't necessarily end up in "happy endings", but pls move on.
For the overtoon (overlay) method to read the chapter on Comico in English,
I made a visual guide webpage on how to set it up.I tried to make it as easy as possible to follow by providing screenshots for every step.
Also, since it is a webpage, I put a link that you can drag and drop to set up the bookmarklet (rather than copying the JavaScript code, creating a new bookmark, then pasting).Here's the page:
bit.do/ffovertoonI actually wanted to make this in time for chapter 37 this past Sunday but didn't have the time, unfortunately.
Still a work in progress. Going to update it some more. I also intend on summarizing how Comico works.
Hope it'll prove useful. Feedback is welcome. (... but may be ignored. :3 )
I just want to let you all know that if it doesn't work again (due to cookies), just open your [Chrome] browser incognito. That works for me.
@halmoni
It's locked. Is there a site where I can read it?
Unfortunately you have to pay on the mobile app (and then buy the chapter on the PC website) if you want to unlock the raws. I won't be posting any links to raws or translational progress because I want to keep the Korean raws down on lock. The author told us she didn't want us to translate it, and lezhin doesn't have a free system like comico/naver, so that's why I REALLLYYY don't want any Korean raws floating around. You'll just have to wait for the release on YP or Dynasty.
But I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell you that I've already translated chapters 1-12. Now we just have to check and typeset everything.
Thanks, halmoni. I think the chinese website has removed the manga also (coz I can't see/ read anything). You have wet my appetite by saying you have translated chps 1-12. Any chance of reading the translation? Guess not? I can see a thumbnail on each chapter and it seems the drawing is quite pretty. I hope the storyline will be a promising one. Yea, I agree that we should hold off "bastardising" the raws since the author / publisher asked us not to and it's her livelihood. Besides, I rather have them scanlated than reading the raws (I don't understand Korean but I've been to KOREA!! Wow, what a nice country!). I hope it'll be on YP/ Dynasty soon as I am sure if it's good, it'll get popular... well, like a ripple effect. Look at Citrus for example. Ok... that manga may be spiraling downwards (like all mangas), but it still has traction and has now reached international readers. Anyway, have a nice day. I hope your final year will be a smooth one. Keep translating though... :)
Edit: WDTFS - I found some manga chps scanlated in Spanish. The pictures are very pretty but a little too R+ for me. I am flustered...so, I think I'll drop this manga.

Glad to be of service. :3
ROFL... I can't stop laughing when I watched it and it was like 6 in the morning (bad cold woke me up). I was curious what halmoni was translating since she usually picks up good mangas or translate them well to the native meaning.
And as a distant second possibility, it might also be this: http://www.lezhin.com/comic/what_does_the_fox_say
It's locked. Is there a site where I can read it?

Needs a died option, that greyed out panel seriously. Your faith in sense does you no credit.
@halmoni
I'm putting my money on dead zombie No-rae tragic romance. I knew Ssamba was gonna go down the Citrus route, and it's about time.
Looks like we need the T-virus antidote to heal No-Rae. Seola will definitely look sexy in a dressed up in armed soldier-tight pants uniform. Or maybe like Angelina Jolie's Mr.&Mrs. Smith assassin look.
Ssamba must have read Citrus chp 16 since the Korean version came out first.
last edited at Jun 1, 2015 5:14PM
I knew iit!!! My prediction came to life! No-Rae got hurt and this is necessary for Seol-A to acknowledge her (hidden) feelings for No-Rae. I hope No-Rae has some light injury so Seol-A has to tend to her (and by doing so, realised her more than just friends feelings). Gosh, I should have not read this week's chapter. Now I've got to wait another week!
By the way, what's WDTFS?
I wish someone would scanlate this coz it's a nice manga.
@ PrettyMitsuki
I just realize after reading ch15 again Yuzu's bear is in it and it looks like Mei cover it in blanket so cute XD http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/citrus_ch15#15
Lol.. I find that really cute too. Here's the pic.

I don't think Yu-ji is just one of her many friends (i.e. acquaintances) because Min-Jeong did say something about if your foot is being cut by a trusted axe it hurts more, and also Seol-A's thoughts in Chp 12 "Both types were pathetic, but the latter even moreso... Because the pain I felt for them was greater". We see after that, Seol-A falls asleep and the first thing she dreamt about was Yu-Ji. Again, if you don't care about that person, you wouldn't
1) Question why she would do this to you (thus Yu-Ji's comments got to her and hurt her quite badly), and
2) Take revenge and hurt her back (i.e. use Ji-Hwan & flirt in front of her). The flashback has an accident hinted us that someone (mostlikely Yu-Ji) shouted "MOVE" to save Seol-A (I presume it is Seol-A's back. Maybe I'm wrong).But the whole scenario of this flashback tells us that Seol-A gets hurt by people whom she considers close and she tends to take revenge if she thinks she has been used. So in this case, she felt used (betrayed) by No-Rae and used the same ignorance & flirting technique to hurt No-Rae.
I wrote about the flashback accident because that may be a crucial point as to why Seol-A would NOT give up on No-Rae that easily - especially after being spat at with "mine your own business. .. I don't want to have anything to do with you anymore" right on the face... I mean, if you hear your special friend saying something directly to you or even if to someone else (but you heard it indirectly), you would have just walked away & not be friends anymore. But Seol-A didn't. She kept pursuing to question why No-Rae would say something like that in the first place. I think the flashback accident has something to do with this and she regretted not asking Yu-Ji directly. In chp 33, Seol-A contronted No-Rae and said, "But a problem like this will only grow more and more convoluted as time passes by.... I know because I've experienced it before". This showed Seol-A has matured from a similar incident in the past (I am assuming this experience is based on her past with Yu-Ji).
What I got from that chapter is different than yours. Yu-Ji most likely 'befriended' Seol-a because she has a crush on Ji-Hwan and is using Seol-a to (somehow) get closer to him, hence Seol-a's line about it hurts worse when girls try to befriend her while having an ulterior motive on the side.
Seol-a probably believed that Yu-Ji was truly her friend (remember she is starved for female friends) up until she overheard the girls in the classroom. And it looked she was shocked really hard for her to be wandering around afterwards obliviously to her surroundings and apparently into the path of a motorcycle. The 'MOVE' was probably from the motorcyclist himself yelling to catch her attention. I'm assuming there was so big accidents (no visible scars so far on Seol-a that we've seen). Some time after that, she called Ji-Hwan and did the whole let's-go-get-ice-cream thing in front of Yu-Ji to get back at her. You see Yu-Ji's hands shaking from anger/jealously.
As for the whole "get your nose out of my business..." business, I somehow get the feeling that Seol-a was the one who said to Yu-Ji. Don't remember the chapter, but the flashback showed Yu-Ji with widen/surprised eyes while Seol-a has a flat/emotionless one. It's probably that she regretted(?) things turning out the way it did with Yu-Ji so that's way she refused to give up on No-rae.
Yes I believe Yu-Ji's intention was for Ji-hwan when she became Seol-A's friend. However, It also reinforces my point where Yu-Ji wasn't just an acquaintance. how so? because Seol-A got so hurt that she wants to take revenge.
That get-your-nose-out-of-my-business is No-Rae's comments on Seol-A. As for Seol-A's regrets on making Yu-Ji jealous with Ji-Hwan's buy-you-ice-cream scene, seriously, I don't think Seol-A is that kind of person. She's the kind that "moves on" with life. If she's the mastermind to Yu-Ji's jealousy, I don't think she'll become regretful the next day unless there's some life changing event (e.g. accident) involving that party. Seol-A won't say "... grow more and more convoluted as time passes by.... I know because I've experienced it before." tells us Seol-A may found out that she somewhat misunderstood Yu-Ji (or someone else that she thought was using her).
last edited at May 20, 2015 8:08AM
Jang Yu-ji was just one of many "friends" that Seol-a had in high school who all turned out to just be using her for whatever ulterior motive (getting popular, getting close to Ji-hwan, etc.). Whether Yu-ji was especially closer to Seol-a or not is an unknown right now.
However, as far as we've seen, Seol-a didn't "misinterpret" Yu-ji, as Yu-ji showed her true colors pretty clearly in the flashback in chapter 12:
"Use? What's so bad about that? If you say it like that, then Baek Seol-a is using us too. When she first came here, she had no friends, after all. Baek Seol-a's happy because she can hang out with us, and we're happy because we get to have a g.r.e.a.t. friend like her. That's what you call 'symbiosis.' That's what 'friends' are for."
"Oooh, Jang Yu-ji. That's quite a straightforward comment you're throwing."
"What's the point of beating around the bush when everyone knows the truth anyway?"

2) Take revenge and hurt her back (i.e. use Ji-Hwan & flirt in front of her). The flashback has an accident hinted us that someone (mostlikely Yu-Ji) shouted "MOVE" to save Seol-A (I presume it is Seol-A's back. Maybe I'm wrong).
But the whole scenario of this flashback tells us that Seol-A gets hurt by people whom she considers close and she tends to take revenge if she thinks she has been used.
This showed Seol-A has matured from a similar incident in the past (I am assuming this experience is based on her past with Yu-Ji).
takachi:
allow me a stupid question... Min-Jeong is Seol-a's friend, right? If that's the case... I'm just... why would Seol-a suddenly be so frustrated about having friends among girls? Or is it that she's lonely in the uni?
Allow me to give a stupid answer. :3
As you mentioned, Min-jeong doesn't go to the same university, so Seol-a only sees her occasionally. And it seems that when they meet, at least sometimes, it's to hang out with guys -- probably guys that they barely know or even just met -- to drink, flirt, so on, like in chapter 20.
As an aside, Min-jeong is probably the kind of girl that everybody thinks Seol-a is: a party girl who is really flirty with guys. Seol-a on the other hand seems to "go along with it" just out of... boredom or something, as thought she's thinking, "Eh, why not?" In chapter 23, she says, "It's true that I've met a lot of guys. I didn't turn away anyone who seemed decent, and I didn't chase after those who left me." Doesn't sound she was really into it.
But yeah, basically, Seol-a seems to hang out with Min-jeong only once in a while for that kind of stuff. And it's not at all not the close relationship that many college or high school girls tend to develop. You know, like No-rae and Hye-gyeong. Or No-rae and Hee-jin before university.
I don't think that Seol-a is "frustrated about having friends among girls" per se. I don't think she was really really longing for this kind of relationship; it's just that she didn't even know what it's like to have this kind of close friend, as she has never made that kind of close friend in university and heck, probably not even in high school.
Think about it. Her "legendary" status really made it difficult for any girl to approach as well as for her to approach any girl. For example, take Hye-gyeong. We know she's a nice person, and she isn't the type to be mean to people. But even she took part in the gossip about Seol-a, because she is just that (in)famous. If you hear so much and talk so much about a person, she becomes almost like a "celebrity" and you won't even think about going up and talk to her.
No-rae is the first to really get close to her, partly due to circumstances but also because of No-rae's personality, which attracted Seol-a. No-rae gave her a taste of what it was like to have a really close girl friend in school/university. (Not only that, but No-rae also acted as a bridge for Seol-a to be able to be friends with other people such as Hye-gyeong; without No-rae, it is very unlikely they would have ever interacted.)
So naturally, she really liked No-rae and wanted to be around her, because it gave her a sense of friendship that she was never able to experience before. And as we already know, with time, those feelings grew to... whatever they are now.
Essay over./Q.E.D.
There's a high school friend that Seol-A got quite close to, Jang Yu-Ji. But she is also the main cause for Seol-A to not trust other girls, AND at the same time WANT to solve any lingering misunderstandings. In Chapter 12, we could sense something bad happened to her (Yu-Ji) as there was an accident (ok, we are not sure if it's Yu-Ji or Seol-A that got into the accident but that's not the point) causing Seol-A to not give up on No-Rae just yet. I've got a inkling Seol-A misinterpreted Yu-Ji somehow, and when she finally contronted Yu-Ji it was already too late. And because of that, she was adamant No-Rae had something on her mind that made her acted like a b*tch.
It is obvious Seol-A has romantic feelings toward No-Rae as she has been peeping at No-Rae (i.e. soft skin and lips). Ahhh (high pitched scream)!!! But, Chp 35 tells us No-Rae is happy to just let things simmer down to a Friendship Zone or perhaps in a BFF stage. Well, I personally think ACT 3 (and hope) will revolve around Seol-A discovering her wanting more than BFF with No-Rae, especially when No-Rae's ex returns from the army and wants her back! Of course there'll also be more skin-ship than just silly No-Rae fell on Seol-A's lap.
