And they are in high school.

And in one of the scenes they are on a couch and the brown haired one says "Lets have sex." And the blonde says no and takes her button up shirt off to cover up the brown haired one.

I am aware that this basically describes like half of all yuri that exists lol

It looks like it was removed from Dynasty so that's probably why I was struggling so much lol

I've been looking for an hour or more now. I remember the manga clearly. It was kinda episodic with each chapter focusing on two different girls. One chapter was about a clumsy senpai and her kinda-savior kouhai, the other one was about a gamer-loner girl who was being watched/observed by a light-haired girl and got confessed to while being in the middle for making decorations for a party; a snow-like papers she was cutting. The loner-girl lived in a dorm. She is acquainted with the dorm girls but tend to spend her time alone. The last chapter viewed all the girls in a party in the dorm.
