I think people who have watched original series will like this wayy more than someone who hasn't, though only people who like dirty humor will probably enjoy it. The anime art is purposefully crappy for comedy and then it switches to the good style you see on the second part of the doujin during dramatic moments. The art style stays true to the actual anime.
