Well, the problem was not about the workplace.. In that bit of the manga, problem was more like it was caused by her own worries: depending on her lover, which she perceives as a problem. Although Sena clearly did not.

From what I see, the story was trying to say that you can depend on your lover for some things, seems to be just a simple message.

Ah, I thought the work bit was just to show that Shima isn't independant enough in general but what you said definitely makes sense, looking at the ending.

It's often hard for the seemingly dependent to understand just how much the other half depends on them.

I agree. I think they created more problems and didn't solve enything.

I think it's just a crude oneshot and it's useless to delve into it too deep. The point of the story, is that it can be okay to be dependent, stop to hate yourself, if the other one understands you ?

Well, that's the same authors as Mayonaka no accept, can't expect much more. I'm starting to think almost forced sex and not much resolution are this authors trademark.
