So... they just had sex and swept the problem under the rug? Like, they didn't do anything to solve it, right? Shima is probably gonna get fired and then live as a NEET at her girlfriend's place.
Well, the problem was not about the workplace.. In that bit of the manga, problem was more like it was caused by her own worries: depending on her lover, which she perceives as a problem. Although Sena clearly did not.
From what I see, the story was trying to say that you can depend on your lover for some things, seems to be just a simple message.
