I'm quite amazed how PV1 looks so exciting while PV2 so discouraging to me. I have no idea how Ikuhara plans to marry these two concepts in one series. And I really hope there's more than 12 episodes planned...

Is it just me or the Kureha from the manga completely disappeared ? Is she supposed to be the twintailed girl ? Maybe it's just that the image in the PV and in the poster are not representative of her ._.

The twintail is Yurigasaki Lulu and Kureha is the one running around with a rifle.

Ok I just got confused by the poster and my idea of Ginko/Kureha together then.
And if this is an official poster, I don't really understand where this is going ... the pairings seems to be pretty messy

Minor spoiler you're not wrong, Sumika is Kureha's lover

Edit: In the PV, it was Sumika that said "I like you, Kureha-chan. I like you a lot." It has also been emphasized a few times that the anime and the manga will not be the same.

Ikuhara came up with the idea and the setting, Morishima did the chara design. They probably worked together on some plot points for a while and then she started with a manga, while Ikuhara proceeded with the anime. So these are going to be different.

So... I watched it raw, and I understood bits and pieces of it, but after a certain point it nose-dived into Penguindrum-weirdnes and I didn't know what was going on lol.

Definitely can tell the Penguindrum influences in it.
