Interesting read. I expected to see some NijiLaundry soon ish with how garbage the management has been, but holy! I didn't expect her to be the one to do it.
First off, she has receipts, and Niji clearly wanted to throw her under the bus for whatever reason...so unprofessional! And they accused her of being unprofessional.

Second, she seems severely depressed, I see a lot of what I've felt in her words. I hope she takes her time before committing to a indie re-debut.

Thirdly, since the termination post was so vague at times, it's hard to say who's in the right in a few of those. She did own up to her mistakes at least. Hm, this is definitely a biased take. I doubt there's much in the way of outright lies, but the fact that it never addresses the biggest issue I saw people have with her (the rape jokes) makes me think that she's spinning this pretty hard

Niji management does seem pretty poor, which isn't really a surprise

I think the real issue is that Zaion was a lot more abrasive than she thought she was, and ended up pissing off a lot of the management on a personal level. Which led to them coming down harder on her than they perhaps should have

She addressed it, though. Did you read the statement in full? She took responsibility and apologised, I do not know what more do you expect. Plus she clearly stated that the joke in question and the stream in which it happened were not amongst Niji's reasons for termination, making it decidedly not the "biggest issue", at least from the corporate side of things (the fact the joke was in poor taste notwithstanding).

Edit: Also, there not being "much in the way of outright lies" is an understatement, since I am pretty confident there are no lies there at all. If there were, Niji could and would sue her for defamation. We are talking about a company that heavily abused YouTube's copyright system to silence any negative news coverage of their agency (not coincidentally they started all of this after going public and releasing their stocks onto the market, first vtuber agency to do that), public image is something they are very aggressive about.

If Zaion made them look bad by outright lying in her account, they would sue her and they would have an easy time winning. However, if she is not lying they will leave her alone since you can not claim legal defamation if the other party is telling the truth.

Nijirant after half a year of exposure I think Niji has a really huge issue when it comes to measuring and valuing their talents, is like they don't recognize and value their diversity, they just keep trying (sometimes half assed) to recruit until they strike someone really popular and that would be cool and dandy if not because that's when the worst things start to happen, the most popular and high earner doesn't become someone to be proud of and look up to but instead the "standard", and talents who were doing good just doing their thing are considered under performers and forced to glorify and copy the standard, being with dirty jokes or bringing more attention to the top performers.

And you can tell in their voices or their comments, they're tired, their complains pile up and fall on deaf ears and you can even tell when they "casually" joke about money to get SC or else they'll go broke (if they had to depend on the company)... Is it sad, but hey the top earners (the standard 10%) can carry so they don't care if 2 or 10 leave the ship!

If the leaks are to be trusted, I just hope most of them can find a better place, it is scary to go on your own but it is getting worse to be under their "care" specially if you have to force yourself or taint yourself in order to fit... Because I tried to enjoy more livers after having fun with Selen's vibe but the deeper you go they more you find issues with scandals, rumors, hypocrisy and backstabing left and right

...I mean, morally you're correct. Realistically, Hololive is very much an outlier and most talent agencies act more like Nijisanji, prioritizing the proven successes and leaving the rest to rot. Ichikara copied it's business model from the music industry. The main difference is that Nijisanji livers are all explicitly part of the same group, making the difference in treatment much more obvious

Wish I had said something before, I would've been called leaker but the idea of twins sharing a channel was one of my fantasies, I just thought that it would've been impossible to pull off unless they're indies, because when it comes to hololive they have their models ready so there's no way they would have expected twins or sisters(?) to come just in time for gen 3, so yeah something going on there with recruitment that went really well.

Also, Bae and Mumei were just talking about how much better is for the new girls now, because it wasn't ideal for them during debut, so I guess they changed something.

Okay, Hololive debuts done

Shiori is sorta the opposite of what you'd expect from the agency: Edgy, openly menhera, pretty straight, and much more into the sort of things you'd expect from a tumblr denizen than a vtuber. Also seems like she's aiming to be a GFE streamer?

Bijou, on the other hand, is sort the crystallization of Hololive: Singer/gamer/comedian gremlin who also enjoys flirting with girls. She is great and I expect her to be the next big hit

Nerissa is a fantastic singer. And a cool and calm onee-san as a streamer. Personally I'm hoping the dorky side we see in her xeets shows up more on-stream

FuwaMoco are very precious. Also I think they're dating IRL

I don't even care if she won't supply us with any yuri gas, she's so cool and I wanna see the educational microscope streams! When Scarle, resident horny asexual of NijiEN, did her microscope streams, she really didn't prepare enough for a True Scientific Observation, so this is super exciting for me.

Also, like, please stop giving the leakers credibility. They're mostly trying to stir shit up and present things in a disingenuous way, if that dumbass spreadsheet was any indication. I'm pretty sure Nina and Mysta left more over being pressured to do more idol-like work that also doesn't pan out than being overworked or having too low of a cut. Niji's talents are contractors, not employees, so they can't force them to work more than the stipulated requirement (three days amounting to five hours a week) unless they themselves want to breach contract to fire people. And as far as I've seen, the cut is fine. Hololive just also provides a salary. IdolEN is, of course, good, because their entire premise is giving their employees as much ownership over their brand as possible. They can decide on their own models and kayfabe, and they can take their branding with them, so even if they do face poor conditions, they can just take their stuff with them. Anycolor hasn't been a black company in ages, although the ID/KR branch dissolution and resulting management issues is suspect. But like... it's almost certainly more of a resources thing, and the small audience overseas branches not meshing with the operating philosophy.

Pretty certain Shiori has problems with social anxiety. Observe her giving a "don't ask for collabs" speech on debut and actively angling for a parasocial relationship with chat. She also comes off as kind of autistic. And, you know, constantly jokes about her mental health
