I've read a bunch of FF urban fantasy over the last few years, and I was sorely tempted to start an Excel table on vampire properties. I don't think they were even once the same - not that I complain; variations are fun, but there's some that don't even need blood anymore, which kinda makes the idea of vampire vaguely ridiculous, if you ask me ...

The world of knowledge is vast. Dynasty should have its own section in a library for all the trivias I've picked up here and there.

And not to forget that in old greek mythology a vampire like creature was depicted as a woman with cat features ^^

Interesting. Tolkien's Middle-Earth legendarium had a female Vampire named Thuringwethil, though she had a cloak that allowed her to shapeshift into human form (since Vampires in Middle-Earth are bat-like creatures). Sauron was able to assume the form of a Vampire when he was still just the Lieutenant of Angband (instead of being the Dark Lord of Middle-Earth). The seeds of Tolkien's work came from many different mythologies and he was studied in Ancient Greek myth and language.

And anyway, yea, that was a cute story. Wish it could have been longer...and smuttier!
