As a comedy manga, the author's intent was likely that Sou is just being a closeted gay tsundere about it, as also implied in the later panel where she has apparently stopped sleeping with guys

But yeah, MIkoto does come off rather rapey with her if you don't look at it that way

She specifically wished for Sou, though. I'd imagine most sexytime wishes end up being either generic(ie, "I don't wanna die a virgin!") or involve predetermined people(eg, "I wanna f*ck Stacy's mom!"). Also, condoms.

Also, not all sexual acts involve actually INGESTING bodily fluids. Presumably, most death gods with any sense try to avoid getting in situations that would come up... Like targeting people in the black book.

IMO at least a dubious consent tag definitely applies.

And even if a woman is a (not self-conscious) les, it doesn't mean that another woman forcing her into sex isn't raping her.
