Tsuruse's other series (also just called Sakura's World, at least on Pixiv) is a violent gritty crime drama with a much larger cast. I dunno if it'll make it onto Dynasty and if it did, it'd probably get a bad reception.

Sakura being a yakuza princess makes this whole situation seem very believable. Depending on how controlling they are, parents who are extremely powerful can stunt the growth of their children to some pretty absurd degrees. Look at how ignorant people who manage to escape from polygamy cults can be.

You say that but I think that I would probably enjoy that more than the series about the love triangle with a girl who definitely isn't single-digit years old

Back in the day before milk became a thing in Japan, grownup women were really pint-sized due to the nutritional deficiencies. Maybe Sakura just didn't get the necessary nutrition to grow bigger.

I would recommend blacklisting "older than she looks".

Was a bit turned off by this one with how Sakura is this adult who acts and looks very much like a child, but there's sooo many things that intrigue me, Sakura's collegues working for the mafia while Saaya is a regular civilian, Ruka's feelings for Sakura, how everyone around Sakura is willing to go through with and entertain her childish whims. Hell before this chapter I was under the assumption that Saaya and Sakura's relationship just wouldn't last as the former has had to deal with her partner's emotional outbursts, selfishness and unfairness, but thankfully I seemed to just be overthinking certain panels :>
