My money is on a dramatic interruption, either Toudou passes out, or the conspiracy faction does something revenge-y now that TD isn't in the public eye.

I’ve seen the next chapter…and oh god Itsumi isn’t going to have a good time.
I really don’t want Kurohime to just fail like that, she’s been through to much and there’s no backing down from it either.

Hopefully Rin can accept that Itsumi has so many fangirls, otherwise this Kurohime’s arc will not end well at all. And I really think she should have a harem like that, I believe that she can manage.

And I have even seen the next chapter, and I knew Itsumi’s ideas now and her intentions. But oh boy that’s a doozy…

Maybe a new title at volume 11 and future, which is uncommon but I know some examples, because I read many light novels and in few the title changed a little (mostly adding one or two words additional) after every 10 volumes. When did Niina accuse the president of ordering her to mess with the light music club? I was skimming through the past few chapters and I didn’t see that after Niina was exposed as the traitor or whatever. I guess it happened off-screen then unless I missed something? Anyway, I’m guessing the president suspects Riko and was insulting her to piss her off and make her confess by accident. It clearly is her doing based on chapter 48. I guess something happened to Kameya off-screen or she at least got dropped from the group after all those warnings. Anyway, definitely a great chapter! The school festival has been going on for over a year now, and I think this was a good ending to that arc… though I feel bad for Kurohime for sure.

So yeah, we got hints Kameya got roughed up like Mukai for disobeying direct orders and getting useful assets burned, and straight confirmation that the conspiracy had their caught flunky point the finger at TripleSakura once they had time to steer the narrative/coach her. Guess the only question is if the excerpt this chapter between Riko and TripleSakura is a microcosm of their normal relationship and this was just a good chance to get back at her, or if the backhandedness is because the latter is fully suspicious of the former, and getting her out of power serves some nefarious future goal. Honestly feels like a coin flip to me. Going back a few chapters, the way Sasaki gave Toudou the cold shoulder makes me think the bad guys already got leverage on her offscreen, so TripleSakura will find her a dead end in her investigation. If she goes at it alone, anyhow.

Also of note: I'd thought R was a firm M as far as things went, but it looks like she's got more than a little S, for the right kind of person. Should have guessed, given her vocation.
