The story is simple and short, but romantic and ero in a eye catching way, so, two girls meet in a train, I Think both are schoolgirls with uniforms, but I'm not sure if one is a gyaru, for sure one is a bit short and the other common height, and super not sure if there were mouth masks for both. Both start looking at their phones, like they were chatting between them to meet there in the train, and after a little chat, they start to make-up, slowly going to breast feeding and vaginal play, hidden z3x without too much undressing or nudity, and then they seem to like it other after that some they chat a bit more, and thats it, they dont go somewhere else or have more sesbian lex, or thats how I remember it...

Assuming you slightly misremembered some things, it could be Starving Kopeko Lives With Her Meat! which has two girl being held in some facility, although there is no fighting (but Kopeko's a messy eater). That's the closest though.

I happened to stumble across some new Yuri manhwa maybe in October, it was on some sketchy website but I read the first two released chapters and so far its really cool. Eventually the website got shut down (?) and I still have hope the manwha is out there, I' don't particularly remember the name but I remember the character details and the story perfectly. A shy anti social (kinda) girl with pink hair and dead looking eyes and black haired long girl who is buddy buddy with everyone, the pink hair girl (I'm pretty sure has a massive crush on her) tries talking to her (they are in college btw) during class but she is too shy and the black hair girl is just too chatty w her friends. One day the pink hair girl is sick and has to miss some trip, she was laying in her bed in her dorm scrolling on her phone thinking about the black hair girl. Suddenly the black hair girl enters her dorm and the pink hair girl starts panicking internally, but the black hair girl explains that she got worried about since she was missing the trip and tries giving her some medicine. Suddenly it got freaky?? (I forgot why exactly maybe because of them being to close and black hair girl checking her forehead?) butt they like start kissing I think and undressing (and the pink hair girl is still internally panicking and confused)....the next chapter was supposed to be the black hair girl explaining why she was to get freaky w her despite not interacting w her much...
the artstyle is kind crucny in my opinion, it looked like it was sketched a little but colored well, not much details yet it gives a nice cool look...

Hmm there was another similar one like this set on an island involving yandere things including holding the other girl captive underground and ending with them having Stockholmed hard enough so they embrace meteorfall together at the end... Not sure if it was a short series or oneshot.

i don't recall who the mangaka was, or the manga but i'm looking for an afterword strip of mangaka seeing a bunch of older women on tv, going "aaa so pretty, i love her" to each one and their partner being all "have you no dignity woman?" and their response was "I just like them, they're all so neat".

Iirc the mangakas insert character was vaguely blob-shaped, and the partners' was basically a round fuzzy or smth.
