^ as far as i can see it's human, but said human over-rendered it (so the faces etc look kinda soulless), took a lot of obvious shortcuts (the copy+pasted bowls and cups) without accounting for perspective (they look weird on the table), and also is just kinda bad at proportions (green haired girl's right hand is bigger than it should be and doesn't match her left)

tl;dr it's just a lack of skill that's kinda jarring with how otherwise pretty the rendering/painting is
