You’re getting the characters confused. Hime is the one who was jealous, and simultaneously is the “sex toy” that Rurino “doesn’t have feelings for”. It’s unclear if Rurino’s feelings are anything beyond horniness though because even on the date with the underclassman, she was bringing up Megumi (the long distance gf).

So here goes my two cents:

Hime wanted to avoid getting too (romantically) attached to Rurino, so she made an agreement with Rurino before they fucked for the first time (in chapter 1) that she's Rurino's "sex toys" and should be treated as such, but nonetheless she fell for Rurino. (I think the Sisyphus metaphor (chapter 0 page 7, though I can't blame those who mistake that as a jojo reference :P) in chapter 0 probably also implies that the guardrails Hime setup to make sure she won't fall for Rurino was/would be in ruin)

Rurino probably also likes Hime, but only to a normal friend (or sex friend) amount (chapter 3 page 29), not romantically. Knowing that 1) her feelings are likely unrequited 2) Rurino and Megumi entrusted her with the responsibility of being a responsible sex friends turned out to be her taking advantage of the chance to be intimate with Rurino 3) (debatable) she probably ship RuriMegu (chapter 1 page 21), too, so she rekt her own fav ship, she's crushed by guilt and angst she stopped providing sex service to Rurino for so long that Rurino engaged in sexual assult. (Hime also kind of expected and secretly wanted that.)

Anyways, I think you’re right. Giving a case of Icarus flying too close to the sun with this whole ordeal. At first Hime just wanted some attention from Rurino, and settled for the sex friends thing, but that led to her wanting all of the attention even though she knew it was unrealistic. I guess the assault really is just her way of trying to feel like Rurino needs her, and only her, even though the last panel with Megumi’s apparent return (and the entire phone sex chapter which was, wow) shows otherwise.
