Couldn’t agree more.

That deviated a fair bit from the LN. Would recommend reading it (the novels) though, they're absolutely great.

An unfortunately abrupt ending but at least we have the novels which are imo waaay better

To think, less than a year ago I discovered this manga and proclaimed it one of the best, most original sci-fi stories I'd read in many years. And now it's gone without even a proper finish. Heartbreaking.
