Okay I actually didn't expect her to come out there so that's actually a pleasant surprise. I absolutely hated the last arc but Kase coming out like that does seem to suggest some small level of growth and hopefully we'll get a little bit of fluffy cohabitation before the next upsetting thing happens.

That's what happens when you make a romantic story about a concept that is extremely not romantic. It was very cute, of course, but I was left with the impression that the author has never been around a smoker and is just idolising the fact that they look cool, considering "you smell so nice" is not a thing anybody would say while inhaling a mouthful of smoke.

I don't even care anymore. This arc was dumb and pointless as hell, but I have already spent months ranting about this with friends who were also reading it. It ended exactly the way I expected it would, but dear god I'm glad it's over. Hopefully we get a little bit of levity from the newly cohabiting couple before some new stupid thing happens.
