Ugh, the logic of Akane having to dress up to make sure An isn't bullied is unfortunately very accurate.

I fucking adore this

This series is hitting all the right notes for me so far. Akane getting more characterisation is reassuring because it could so easily have become like a few josei series in this vein where there's a trans woman present but it's almost exclusively from the cis woman's frame of reference.

The bit where she reassures An was so touching.

Eda casually drawing attention to the age gap one and a quarter books in when Terra is beginning an incredibly stressful rescue mission is so good.

An unfortunately abrupt ending but at least we have the novels which are imo waaay better
