But yup, it's just that. ZZZ is imho hornier than other Hoyo games (though I can't speak on early Honkai/Gun Girls Z). For example Mindscape Cinema, a central upgrade system, will have the agents undress as you upgrade them (Anby Initially, Anby Maxed). The physics simulation on the characters is also, uh, more detailed. At least it treats male agents the same.

Since 2.2 the quality of the writing, cultural rep and general plot has kinda gone up and down and for spoiler reasons I can't go into (because it's not out in GL yet) the use of certain characters like Lopera feels like they've been largely left by the wayside even though her story isn't done yet.
Hoping the main story gets back on track soon because the events are still consistently great.

^^I mean, she is a sniper, Quiet wore even less in MGSV and she did just fine. Bit of midriff showing is nothing compared to our bikini-clad sniper we all know and love. Also the visor is cause she's like 90% blind.

Also this is an anime-styled game. Don't try to rationalize skimp in outfits you'll be here all day lol.
