why are all of my favourite artists and content creators getting sick?!

It's almost as if we're in an ongoing pandemic of a highly contagious and potentially crippling disease despite the attempts of most of the world to bury their head in the sand.

Also the specific time demands of manga artists for their labor is associated with all sort of health problems

Just a heads up that it's cancelled cancelled because of health. So it's very abrupt. The author has a new series now though right? So at least they're better off hopefully.

Yeah, it went on a hiatus and then got cancelled, so the author never managed to give it a proper ending. I guess the only hope we could see something of that sort is if they published it on their own...
But yeah, go read "I'm the Only One for Miyaji Miyuki", it's entertaining so far.

I had forgotten about that, thanks. I'm glad that the mangaka seems to have made a recovery, and it's good that they're working on other things at least. I'll also try to enjoy the rest of what we get with this as well.
