^I don't know why MHA is the series looked up to for its depiction of female characters when most of them disappear whenever there's action and only show back up when the action is over

I mean my comment wasn't really how MHA is treating it's female cast it's about how author made Toru powers works, let's say, "weird". Like some Quirks have negatives, but making story about teenagers and made one of them required to take off her clothes for them it's "interesting" choice. I mean why she didn't get her special costume made to somehow works with her powers, so she don't have to be naked all the time? I'm not even in a "thy are teenagers don't sexualize/ship" them, but i find it pretty weird.

^I think it's further confusing when you also factor in that the mangaka is a big Marvel fan, and Marvel has it's skin showing choices sure, but he has to know about Sue Storm. Sue normally wears clothes with her invisibility powers. Plus BNHA has tech and tech for heroes. So Toru being naked feels like a very specific choice by the author lol

The only money thing is that Vanripper has a 10 dollar "art book and recipe" option on their games, but I think the art and recipe are all unlockable within the games, and the store page I believe also notes that. So the 10 dollars is basically a donation if you want to show the dev some love, it's why I've bought it for both Helltaker and Awaria.

This is an interesting choice of a pairing. I've seen quite a few people pair Uraraka and Tsuku, as well as Jiro and Momo, but I haven't seen as many with the other two girls of 1-A.

I also agree that it's rather strange that Hagakure didn't get a costume that works with her Quirk when Mirio was able to get one (made out of his hair, as I recall) that stayed on him whenever he used his intangibility Quirk.

I think it's just that female characters were able to exist and fight and have powers in a shounen world. That's so rare, that having them as classmate/peers/secondary characters was big for a lot of the people, which is part of why the way it treats women is so disappointing.
